U.S. orders will
be shipped either via USPS or UPS. We will choose the best and most cost efficient method suited for your order. Should
you REQUIRE Priority Mail, please indicate so when you order. An additional charge may apply. Canada and International orders
will be shipped First Class International Priority Mail. All orders are shipped from New York.
Tracking Details:
Packages shipped by UPS get free
tracking at the ups.com website. All packages shipped Priority Mail are sent using Delivery Confirmation which can be tracked
at www.usps.com. Airmail packages cannot be tracked.
Insurance Option:
Fashionable Occasions is NOT responsible for packages lost
in the mail unless you purchase Insurance. All packages shipped UPS are automatically insured for up to $100. Each additional
$100 is only $1. Priority Mail and International packages are not automatically insured. If you decide not to purchase insurance
and your package is lost, we cannot replace it or issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the
mail. Missing or damaged packages will be replaced as soon as possible. ONLY IF you have paid for insurance or if the package
was sent via UPS. If you have elected NOT to add insurance, we may ask for you to send the damaged items back at your expense,
before we replace it. We also have the right to investigate the loss of your package. This may take up to 30 days or more.
Order Processing:
Most
orders are shipped within 72 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Our company
will try to notify you if we expect delays in shipment. Shipping will also be extended depending upon the size of the order.
Custom made cards and/or invitations may also delay shipping. Please be aware that most of our Fashion Art Cards are made
to order. Therefore time is very difficult to estimate. We strive to meet deadline dates and are proud to say that we haven't
missed one yet.
Payment Policies:
Non-sufficient funds or closed account checks will be charged $50 for bank fees.
We will require a money order, credit card, or Paypal within 14 days or receipt of a bad check. After 14 days, we will turn
you in for collection with a Collection Agency and/or Police Department in your area. All subsequent orders will need to
be via credit card, money order or PayPal. For new customers, we reserve the right to hold checks up to 2 weeks until it
clears before shipping your merchandise.
NOTE:
Due to the fact that the textile and bead industries are always changing.
New beads and fabrics are continually entering the market while others are being discontinued. Our trained experts reserve
the right to change any bead or fabric to the closest choice possible. Also, due to the fact that each fashion model is hand
drawn and inked slight variations are to be expected.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Fashion Art Cards and Invitations ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. Please be sure of your order
before placing it. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours. After that time, the individual is responsible for payment.
Please check your order when it arrives. We would appreciate an e-mail within
1 week if there are any concerns.
